Why is the Northampton Day Festival so important? Not only do we wish to provide an engaging, community-building event for the people of Northampton Township, we also wish to give back to the community in which we live. Each year, thousands of people from the township and surrounding areas come to our festival…which includes athletic, educational, health, cultural, environmental, and entertainment activities for the whole family. These activities - as well as the sponsors, vendors, and First Responders who are featured at the festival - highlight all the amazing assets Northampton Township has to offer. As a registered non-profit organization (501c4 with a pending 501c3 approval), the Northampton Day Committee annually provides donations to local non-profit organizations who support and uplift our township residents. We also award scholarships to township students. All this is made possible from the revenue raised through and during the Northampton Day Festival event. Over the past several years alone, we have provided over $20k in non-profit donations and scholarship awards.
